Turning data into dynamic PR

To give you an idea of how we design PR workflows, we’d like to share an example. Please note: we’re still in beta. Curious and interested in collaborating?

Challenge

An organization committed to sustainability faces a growing challenge: stakeholders—ranging from investors to consumers—demand greater transparency and real-time insights into environmental impact. Static sustainability reports no longer suffice in a media landscape driven by live updates, dynamic content, and data-driven narratives. The company must find a way to communicate its quarterly CO₂ reductions in a way that is not only accurate but also engaging and impactful.

Data Collection

To build a compelling PR workflow, we start by gathering relevant sustainability data. Using Microsoft Azure, we collect and structure key figures on CO₂ emissions, energy consumption, and corporate sustainability initiatives. By centralizing this information, we ensure that all stakeholders work with consistent and verified data, forming the foundation for impactful communication.

Data Research and Insights

A strong PR strategy requires alignment with current media narratives. Through advanced media analytics, including Trending Topics analysis, we identify the most relevant sustainability themes that dominate public discourse. Understanding these trends allows us to position our messaging effectively, ensuring that our sustainability report aligns with what matters most to journalists, policymakers, and the public.

API Design

Static reports no longer suffice in the fast-moving digital landscape. By integrating Make as our automation platform, we develop a custom API that transforms raw sustainability data into dynamic, automated visualizations. These APIs enable seamless integration across PR channels, allowing for real-time updates and consistent messaging across press materials, corporate websites, and investor communications.

Distribution (Rive, Framer)

To maximize engagement and ensure sustainability data remains relevant, we replace static reports with dynamic, real-time motion graphics. These animations automatically update as new data flows in, making sustainability progress visible and interactive across PR channels.

This step consists of four key actions:

Live Data-Feed

CO₂ emissions data is retrieved in real-time from Microsoft Azure via an API, ensuring every visualization reflects the latest sustainability performance with no reporting delays.

Automated Visualization

Raw data is instantly converted into interactive animations in Rive, such as a real-time CO₂ counter and dynamic graphs that update as new sustainability milestones are reached.

Dynamic PR Content:

Motion graphics are embedded in press releases, media kits, and social posts, ensuring stakeholders always see the latest impact figures in a compelling, visual format.

Embedded in Media Publications:

Journalists can integrate a live-updating widget into articles, giving readers direct access to real-time sustainability data without the need for manual updates.

Why realtime matters

In an era where transparency and accountability define corporate reputation, the ability to communicate sustainability progress in a clear, credible, and engaging manner is no longer optional—it is essential. Traditional static reports struggle to capture attention, while outdated data weakens credibility. By implementing real-time, data-driven PR workflows, companies can take control of their narrative, proactively shape public perception, and build long-term trust with key stakeholders.

Outcome

Rather than relying on static PDF reports, audiences receives a continuously updated, visually compelling PR message that makes sustainability progress tangible and shareable across multiple platforms. With this future-proof PR workflow, companies ensure that their sustainability commitments are not just published, but truly seen and understood.
